Server restored

After a fatal breakdown the server is back up. Almost all tools have been restored with the exception of CoReg and the bulk annotation extraction tools. Annotation data can be downloaded from the ftp site (new location). Users of GBrowse will notice some differences because we have moved to GBrowse2.

We are interested to know which tools that have not been restored were actually being used - in particular the synteny browsers. For now we are concentrating efforts on new tools for a new version of PopGenIE based on the v2 genome assembly.
